What's the most important feature in a smartwatch for you? — Dieter
get a samsung gear if you have a samsung
…I don't get why you need a watch to tell you you have a call…you phone rings/vibrates. How far away is your phone from you that you need your wrist to beep first?
Apple still owns the smart watch market right now. Google needs to catch up.
“It’s a lot of s-
– amsung.”
Fun Fact: Fossil makes most of those other companie's watches as well. like Kate Spade, Skagen, Diesel, MK, etc.
I used to work for them!
Hey Guys , Just wanted to let you know that a Mi Band 3 can be a healthy alternative for a smart watch it's absolutely perfect ❤️
Sorry but really having trouble trying to figure out all the hate of Android smart watches and praise of Apple watch. Seems like another group think marketing thing. At first the argument was the watch shouldn't have apps and shouldn't be your phone on your wrist until Apple did that and now your apps should have MORE functionality. I've watched co-workers adopt Apple watches that I never see them use. They all have their faces blank and basically use them to get notifications. I bought a ticwatch pro finally and find faces that give me the info I want to see in ambient mode. For instance I have the weather and hourly rain chances ready at a glance while I'm coaching my kids football team. When I want to go out I have more elegant faces ready to go. The Apple wearing co-workers notice my watch because of the ambient faces. And I'm always looking at mine for info. They don't seem to use theirs. So outside of fitness where I'm giving the benefit of the doubt I'm not seeing why people swear Apple watches are so stellar. Yes I do see a lag here and there in my watch but I don't see this premium in terms of price vs the Apple Watch that's talked about in this video.
Don't act like Conor McGregor
"It's just… It's a lot of SAMSUNG!"
He said it with a hint of disgust ?
Really annoying that this video is still as relevant 4 months after it came out. Skagen Falster 2 looks great but has old QC chip (by about s fortnight), so useless.
Exactly, slow af.
Awesome video,,,Thanks. If you need to know more details about smartwatches when you can follow this article easily Best smartwatch 2018: the top choices you can buy in Market
Holing Note 8, but want to go back to iphone because of watch ?
Used a Pebble for a while until it got smashed. Then Pebble sold out to FitBit. Tried Android Wear and had a Gear S2. They were pretty unsatisfying. A major factor in my return to iOS was for the Apple Watch. It has just blown past the Android options and it is embarrassing. The AW4 is SO much better than the Android options it is no longer a contest. Sadly. I use a Note 8 and an iPhone X. But since AW doesn't work on the Note8, guess which has my SIM card? Even though the Note8 is a better phone in many respects. Google just isn't very focused. So I don't anticipate this changing anytime soon.
im in the same, im after a smartwatch, not so much a fitness tracker, ive been looking at the gear line, and the new galaxy watch, not thrilled about having all those samsung apps but it seems like the choice for android users
What about Nokia Steel HR and Nokia Steel
Pebble did controls, software and battery REALLY well… I still use their watches through rebel.
I know it's not new because Snapdragon, but I've already taken a look at ticwatch pro? It bridges to the battery life using a second simple screen and Wear Os' features.

I love my LG Sport and S3 Frontier. .
Can't help thinking your opinion is nonsense!
I hope with the pixel watch we will finally have these things sorted out
I recently picked up the Gear S3 Frontier and it really grew on me! Also i only had to install three Samsung apps on my phone "Galaxy Wear app, Accessories app, SHealth" and that's not as insane as it used to be when this video was made I guess. The battery life is great. Tizen OS is snappy and the watch bands being customizable is amazing. I would definitely recommend this watch to someone in the Android World looking for a great Smart Watch. Also don't use S Voice….it's…alright.
Hello 🙂 , Do a review about the ticwatch pro 🙂
Meanwhile the Watch is way better
Which company could make a smartwatch that can test really human Blood pressure, tell me 🙂
Correction- gear sport uses tizen not gear os
I've been using a $30 Mi fit band 2. Shows the time, tracks steps, alarm, heart rate etc. And most importantly it shows me which app sends me a notification. So much value.
What about Amazfit Bip Watch?
I definitely like having Wear watches.? for the convenience in notifications and quick access to the time. And when I'm driving for work and I'm using Maps I like glancing at my watch to see where I have to go. I like the music controls when I'm working out, I like scanning in with it when I go to the gym, I like if I have my phone on the charger and use volume and quick pausing if watching Chromecast. I like quickly tapping the Google assistant (Fossil Q Explorist) and telling it to turn on my lights and other stuff. I like using it to find my phone when I forgot where I put it. I like Wear, I just do ?

Buy an apple watch ⌚️problem solved ??♂️☺️
You're really good at what you do!
Wow you have watches laid out in front of you and you don't even explain two of them…let alone advise what they are. So back to how you started your video with the question you get asked the most, what is that watch you show on your wrist 3 times and leave on the desk in front of you but never talk about?
I'm still using my Moto 360 from almost 4 years ago, now i have to replace the battery for the second time as its only lasting about 10 hours not making it for a full day (WiFi on and ambient screen on).
I'm just waiting for a hybrid watch with a OLED transparent screen so i have a physical watch face for time and date then the notifications overlayed on top when they come in. Watch's have far too small of a screen to do anything else other that show quick notifications so then i can decide to pull out my phone IMO.
