Here is what you get if you combine the No.1 G7 convertible watch/phone with the LEMFO LEM4/DM98. Its more like the G7 internally as a dual-mode device, but more like the LEM4 in overall size and physical appearance. You really cant tell that this is a Bluetooth capable phone until you actually tether it, then the dialing apps change to reflect both SIM and Bluetooth calling support.
Unfortunately the tethering app, only accessible from scanning the QR code, doesnt install in my Android phone and theres no version in the Google Play Store, so theres no way to demo the tethering aspect beyond phone call tethering (in the full review). Hopefully this will be fixed by the time you are reading this and you can successfully tether your i5S.convertible
