Jeff, how come the Whoop isnt included in your options? Will you do a review about it?
Samsung?
I like guides from Unflexal . I learned a lot of new workouts practices there
I like guides from Unflexal Workouts . I learned a lot of new workouts practices there
I learned how to do it with Unflexal Workouts page. I think Unflexal Workouts's guide is the best way to be salubrious.
Well I. Want to see those abs. ?
Have you tried whoop? Love to see a review on that
Have you tried polar a360 or polar a370? If you did try them what do you think of them? I'm looking for something that will track my home workouts which contain of a little bit of weights, bodyweight exercises and cardio. I go swimming and running/jumping rope outside from time to time.
would you say the garmin is good for counting steps because im just looking for one thats good at that
Once again(already said this to you) you can't track calorie burn with a wearable or a heart rate monitor. When you lift your muscles contract. This causes narrowing of the veins and blood vessels. To overcome the pressure your heart has to beat harder. This has absolutely NOTHING to do with CALORIE BURN. Once again, it has "NOTHING" to do with calorie burn.
I want the Garmin Vivofit 3 but i need to know which heartrate chest monitor to buy
Cal Berkeley
Gooosh you’re hella hot ? i hope the inside aswell
Why not any of the Polar watches? They utilize chest strap heart rate monitors
Nice video. It was the first video from the channel, that I've watched. Certainly will check some more!!!
How about Samsung gear sport for gym?
You say the Vifvofit 3 is the best gym tracker but… you have to edit this workout every time because it always thinks the Training Activity is walking.
Thanks. I was looking for something simple like Garmin Vivafit – that could track heart rate during crossfit. I think I will go with it.
Back and bis, they need the love too!
RIZKNOWS, have you tried smart tracker rings? I'm looking for best one, as a alternative for my Samsung Sport Gear, when I have formal meetings. Maybe you could help me? 🙂
As said in a previous comment back and bi since a lot of other videos out there focus on everything else.
Chest and tris!
Well…both of my siblings have scoliosis, and I don't have so I guess I need to take good care of my back that's why back and bis
Back an bi’s for sure
Does this apply for the vivofit 4?
Which Tracker or Smartwatch do you recommend best for CrossFit and daily usage in General. Not only these trackers from exact this Video.
Thank you so much
Chest and tri's because I want chest cleavage like Jeff.
Hi everyone! I have a question: since i'm not comfortable with the chest heart rate sensor, i'm looking for a smartwatch with activity tracker with built-in sensor (wrist heart rate sensor) for weight training. I know now that many of such kind of watches are not so suitable for this kind of training, since they are not so reactive in monitoring the heart rate changes on short time windows. Watching some videos, I tried the fitbit ionic, which is actually quite good in this, compared for example to the garmin fenix 5. Unfortunately the battery died and i was forced to send it back to Amazon. Before buying it again, I wonder if there is something even better for the purpouse (for example Polar? again, without considering the chest heart rate sensor) or if fitbit is the only way to go for my needs. Thanks to whoever will answer! Great channel by the way !
I would go with chest and tri's, although can never miss back and bi's, because they make you look swole !?
Chest and tricep I'm having little chest
Back and bi's. I need development in both areas…
I have a question tho. Which hrm will you pair with the vivofit? I think Garmin has like 3 hrm’s. But they are like like dedicated for runners and thriathletes and stuff.
Great video. Chest/back is always fun
Have you heard of WHOOP?
נוסחת. מבצק
Top advice Jeff, thanks. You just saved me some money. What is the device that you’re wearing in this video? A Garmin?
Hey Riz! What about the whoop strap? Ever tried? How bout a review??
God Bless the U.S.A.
We need more self-love in the videos! I find it so interesting when people put their personalities on for display.
There is new vivofit 4. Does it do the same thing as vivofit 3?
Hey .. whats your review on Nokia steel hr.
Back and bis I feel that's more inportant for overall strength
That was a cute little rugby ball. I know my grandson would love to play with it because his hands are far too small to handle a full sized rugby ball.
I'll going with back's/Bi, I guess
I'll say chest just because it really feels like a workout.
Chest and tri cause I like to push rather than pull. That's why I prefer pushups rather than pullups. Anyway, chest and tri on Monday and back and bi on Wednesday.
Back/bi’s
where is the samsung s3 review?
Back and Bi's helps with posture and gets the ladies attention.
Back/bis because we tend to neglect our backs!
