Thanks for the review! This was helpful.
Fitbit Versa, went through two in two months, neither survived in the water; I teach aqua aerobics in and out of the water, and swimming laps a lot. Great for recording the water activities, but shelf life highly limited, changed to charge 3, lasted only a month, also developed condensation inside, rendered useless- most disappointing
Thank you so much for this video! I've been going back and forth as to what one I would like to get. I'm a new mom looking to get back into working out and try to lose the baby weight. I would LOVE the chance to win either of these. But for now I think I will save up for the inspire hr:)
To be honest I think both are ugly in different ways. I got the Inpire HR though.

I didn’t know about the inspire hr I have a charge 3 and the inspire seems better
Another great vid… I got my charge 2 two years ago…. Largely on your reviews…
Thank you for this comparison, I found this really helpful! ☺️
How is the vibration alert of the inspire hr?
Good job ?
Is the Inspire HR able to store music? I want to use it while training instead of having my phone with me all the time.
charge 3, battery life and the quick view are really important features.
I’ve spent money on some really nice analog watches that I love and I tired out the Charge 3 and I thought I looked dumb because it was as if I was wearing 2 watches. The Inspire HR looks like a bracelet, and it does pretty much everything the Charge 3 does except for Floor counting, which my phone does for me ??♂️ Since it looks like a bracelet, I can wear the Inspire HR on one arm and my watches on the other without looking like a doofus.
Also, after owning one for a week, for anyone who really wants to take advantage of the capabilities of this tracker, I really recommend using third party apps! For example, the food library that Fitbit has sucks, but the food library that MyFitnessPal is great! You can sync the two apps together and any food you input in MFP will input into the FitBit app! Also, some apps that have training coaches can also link up to Fitbit to accurately record and log your workout; overall I believe this feature really expands on the capabilities of the Fitbit.
I think Charge 3 is best because it also includes stairs. I am considering both as my first fitness tracker but may end up with the Inspire HR because of cost. I like the larger face on the Charge 3. Hard choice. Thank you for this very informative and helpful video.
I buy the charge 3 some minutes ago…don't know if it was the right decision :/ but only 123,-
I think Inspire HR has better crisp display compared to Charge 3 (?), and 4 days of battery life is also quite okay. For people who don't work out a lot (twice or thrice a week), 4 days of battery life does not matter. I'll go with inspire HR.
Given the options price would be my pivotal factor so whichever is cheaper at the time of purchase would win.
Maybe I'll save up for a suunto
if I can give the creator of this video a little bit of constructive criticism. when doing these type of reviews evolving tech and smart devices. the information you don't give the viewers can sometimes be as bad as giving them the wrong information. and when it comes to the fitbit charge 3. there is important information he forgot to mention. maybe he wasn't aware of it. but the whole point of these types of channel and tech reviews is to enlighten viewers about the devices they are talking about. and there are a LOT.. of bad reviews about the charge from people who bought them. even on the fitbit forum. which is why a few months ago I bought the fitbit Hr alta. one review I read on bestbuys site said that he had trouble with the charge 3 syncing with bluetooth. specifically on a galaxy phone. others said that updating the device or resetting it didn't help either. so that's something yall should consider before buying the charge 3. maybe go to fitbits forum to see if the problem has been resolved first. and make sure the date of any positive reviews weren't written by someone who only had the device for a couple of days. cause sometimes people don't update their reviews. if you see any negative reviews still only a couple of weeks from today's 3/29/19. then I would pass on the charge 3. and just get the cheaper one
Inspire HR or Vivosmart 4?
Liked the video before even watching. I’ve been waiting for this!! Great work Riz!
For the price as a factor…Inspire HR. The 4 day battery life is not a deal breaker for me.
For the quickview I find that a 90° rotation is needed
Awesome review!
Please do a review on the misfit vapor 2 ?
I was waiting for a compare video on these two devices, I'm looking at the Inspire purely because of the smaller size, I wear a watch and don't want to wear two watch devices, the Inspire look more like a bracelet.
Going to be picking one up tomorrow, they are actually within $10 of each other so price doesn't matter right now.
I just “upgraded” from the Alta HR, which is a nice and sturdy watch, but the non-touch screen on the Alta bothered me a LOT. It would not stop the alarm or show time easy, it was always tapping non stop to make that thing to change the features.
The inspire HR screen is PLASTIC, so I hope it is as sturdy for a lot of physical work as the Alta is. Inspire is extremely comfortable, you can barely notice it is there. The actual screen for the inspire is tiny, it doesn’t take all the space of the box. I’m happy so far.
