Mobvoi Ticwatch E Smartwatch Review

1. I am not AT ALL that impressed with this watch. Other than the battery life (which is great when comparing to other smart watches), everything else is just a LOT worse than my 1st gen Moto 360. In reality I cannot even compare the two, because the Moto 360 actually worked. Notifications are not reliable at best – sometimes they work, MOST of the time they don't show at all – income calls have the same problem. I look at my phone ringing and my watch doesn't show a thing. The watch disconnects constantly – ALL THE TIME. It has come to the point, that I use it as a normal dumb watch only.
   BUT… that is not the worst thing – the absolute worst thing is the support of MOBVOI. I actually bought my Ticwatch E directly from their website. Anyway, I tried contacting them about my issues several times, they took more than 10 days to responded every time ,so the 3 exchanged mails we had actually took almost 2 months!!!!!! And they were completely useless. I actually had the impression I was communicating with some bot and not a living person. They continued to ask me if the issues were solved, even though it was clearly stated by me that the little advice they gave me didn't solve a thing. The advice were stupid to put it mildly (restart the watch, restart the phone, update the software and that was it). In the end I just got tired and let them win. NEVER AGAIN – MOBVOI is by a huge margin the worst company I ever had to deal with!!! I ve never experienced anything like this before. I hope for all of your sakes that you do not have any problem with their products.

2. Hi! I've read this in a review: "You can reply on first view of a text but you can’t view previous texts or pull up the text after dismissing it." Is it true or not?
