I normally don’t write reviews, but had a really stellar experience with Mobvoi’s support team. I’ve had Ticwatch for a few days now. Upon the first charge, the battery life was really not great and I was ready to give up on this product. However, after reaching out to Mobvoi’s support, they had a dedicated support representative speaking with me to work through this problem. I’ve bought a lot of tech products in my day and feel that Mobvoi’s type of support is what will separate them from the rest. As for the battery life, it did get better after 2 or 3 full charges, so a little patience can do wonders!

There are plenty of apps that you can get on it and I am happy that I made this purchase since day one.
Every notification goes to my watch that comes up on my phone so there is nothing I have to look at my phone for.
