VooPoo, in collaboration with Woody Vapes, presents the X217 217W TC box mod. This eye catching device features a zinc alloy body with carbon fiber side paneling highlighted by a U-shaped breathing LED strip. This device uses the GENE.FAN chip, a highly powered chipset that boasts 0.01 second firing time as well as durable internal construction.
A profile glance of the X217 shows the carbon fiber side paneling for the grip highlighted by an adjustable breathing LED strip. The 1.3 inch TFT display is centered between a resin plated firing button, and a diamond shaped dual adjustment rocker below the screen. A micro USB port used for charging and software updates is located below the laser etched logo on the face of the device.The body of the X217 is smooth and rounded, built for a comfortable ergonomic grip. The back of the device sports a VooPoo logo with a resin panel that matches the firing button.The display interface allows the user to navigate the device features and shows dual battery life indicator, power output mode, output power, puff counter, vape time counter, atomizer resistance, and voltage output. The battery door with slide to open latch has built in recessed vent holes that house two 21700 batteries with adapters that accommodate 20700 and 18650 batteries (batteries sold separately). This device is equipped with the versatile GENE.FAN chip that is protected by a V0 class fireproofing bridge that blocks dust, liquid, and fire. The GENE.FAN chip supports power mode, voltage mode, temperature control mode, and five user defined memory settings. Variable wattage mode has a 5 to 217W output and an atomizer resistance range of 0.05 to 1.5 ohm. Temperature control supports nickel, titanium, and stainless steel with a temperature range of 200 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and an atomizer resistance range of 0.5 to 3.0 ohms. Voltage mode with a 0.5 to 7.5V output is also supported, as well as five user defined output modes.
