Now, before you start an exercise, you can of course set a target for the time, distance or consume calories, and now you just have to begin the exercise and it will try things like your distance time pace, heart rate, burn calories and a whole lot of other Metrics, which is also a great feature, is that you can control your music while youre doing an exercise, so you can skip track, go back a track, play and pause and adjust the volume.
