So today we will be reviewing a really nice product that i recently unboxed and if you’re interested in that unboxing video, i will link that video in the description below we have here. The halo, solar, ls05 smartwatch and before i start, let me start off with the word solar, because some of you guys might get confused. The word solar here doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t charge using solar panels, it’s just a name. Anyways let’s start off with its fitness features, because this watch is after for those people who are active now the watch itself does have 12 support modes and i think that’s more than it already. I did try working out with this watch multiple times and it is pretty accurate. As you can see for today, i did achieve 2 000 steps, which is pretty average so yeah. There is also a heart rate. Monitor on this device. Here is a short clip from chig’s deck reviews, comparing it side by side with the apple watch, the halo solar’s measurements are not far off with the apple watch itself. It is pretty similar and delivers quite accurate results. There is also a sleep monitoring feature on this device and i do use it every single night to monitor the quality of my sleep time and i do find it useful, a few inches later anyways to talk about pros and cons and for our pro number one. We have your battery life. I have been using this watch for seven days now.
I am still at 23 and i think one to two weeks of battery life is really great. The sign of this watch is very minimal and very elegant, which i really really like, and it definitely feels premium so much later that the old narrator got tired of waiting and they had to hire a new one for our pro number three. We have here build quality. The watch itself is built from aluminum alloy and i really like that it does carry some weight. There is also an ip68 water resistant feature, so you don’t have to worry about water, getting splashed into the watch itself. Moving on to pro number four we have here display, even at outdoors, the display quality is still pretty good. It is a 1.28 tft 240 by 240 display. It would have been better if it was ips but really you’re getting more for the price you’re paying. Lastly, for our pro number five we have customizability. Now i was very surprised of the number of watch faces you’re getting with this watch. It really is a nice touch and the watch itself does use the standard 22 millimeter watch band and, as you can see, i did swap out the bands before we continue on with this video. I really want to share this with you guys. I really love the black and red combination with this phone in the watch. This watch is far from being perfect and it does have some cons so for our con number one we have here, it can’t make phone calls now. I know a lot of smart watches under 15 dollars that can make phone calls some even have a built in sim card to it. So that’s a nice feature. This watch is under forty dollars and it can’t even make phone calls so that’s kind of a bummer con number two we have here. There are no third party apps. Now the apps on this device are pretty basic and it would be really nice if it did have some third party apps or an app store so yeah. It would be really nice if you had that feature. So for our last con. We have your con number. Three, and that is you, can’t reply to your notifications. As you can see right now, you can only read the notifications and you really can’t reply to them, and sometimes it does get cut off and you would have to get forced and pull out your phone to read the whole thing. So yeah that’s kind of a bummer and that’s con number three it’s, still a pretty good smart watch for under forty dollars, and i repeat, i will link the product down in the description below if you wan na check it out.
