DESCRIPTION
If you have been looking into either the Ticwatch Pro or the Galaxy Watch, you probably have found the other flagship smartwatch and wondered how they compare. This video will touch on the important points to consider in making a buying decision between these two excellent watches. Things to consider are, price ($100 difference between the two), battery life (Essential mode on Ticwatch Pro), variety of apps (full WearOS Android app support on the Ticwatch Pro), and overall look and feel (both basically the same size). If you find this video helpful in guiding your decision, please consider using the links above to make your purchase. Especially for these expensive watches, using our links really helps us keep this channel going. Thanks!

The pay app doesn't have its own pw protection? Kinda sucks to have to unlock the phone all the time because of an app. The app should have its own security like the smartphone apps do.
You really need to play more before you review and not just pick the glamour aspects . The Samsung watch does not work with Google home and services of that nature. The tic Pro does so that is a really important distinction between the two for those looking to add on and strengthen their google capabilities.
What happened to tickle feature ?
The Ticwatch is/has plastic…
The rotating bezel has a function
"The best watches that are non-Android"? Ehm…the Ticwatch Pro uses Wear OS by Google?!
Seems he really doesn't know the watches well enough to review them. So many tech items that we care about not discussed. LTE vs. BT, water-proof, battery life, apps, etc.
Tic Watch Pro is the best Smartwatch for These Prise.????
Thanks for the review! But I have a question:
How about the sensors precisions? Heartrate, steps and sleep monitors.
I'm about to buy a smartwatch, but I prefer more the accurate sensors of a sportwatch rather than a smartwatch, if I have to sacrifice the precision of the sensor. And also battery life is my goal.
Did you have the chance to compare at least the TicWatch Pro with a sportwatch from Garmin or some other professional equipment?
Awful review imo AOD anyone
I love all your videos comparison with the "chinese" watches and are very detailed but in this comparison I dont think you have researched much about the Galaxy watch. I have the Galaxy Watch 46mm and it does have an always on display. If you choose one of the default ones the AOD even counts the seconds. I get about 2.5 days with AOD always on and 1hr exercises. I have had the Tic watch E for about a month before returning it due to the lack of long battery life, waterproofing, and the most annoying thing it would skip out on calls or notifications (main reason you get a smartwatch right?) . I took it back and got a replacement however the same issue persisted and ended up returning it all together. Not sure if the same issue is with Tic watch Pro. Both watches were paired with a Galaxy S9+. I like both the Galaxy watch and Tic Watch Pro however I feel like the Galaxy watch was more appealing with their finally 50m waterproofing and being into the whole Samsung ecosystem. Maybe it is just me but the rotating bezel is the best thing i have seen on a watch. Once you get used to the watch you are able to learn how many clicks it takes to navigate through the menu and def makes navigation in the menu alot easier. Keep up the great work! Saw your Lemfo Lem8 review and it would be a good gift for my little brother 🙂
Love all your reviews. Thank you. You are my go to bloke. Prefer the Samsung after your review.
Your review style is growing on me, lol!
I went with the Galaxy watch because I'm allergic to almost all metals on my skin. The way i use the watch, I use about 15% battery, daily. I don't care about battery life since I don't sleep in a big watch and I dock it, unplugged. Good to know I could go all week if I wanted though. I dig your enthusiasm! Sub.
Galaxy watch also has a always on display mode… Better you study more
Always on display on galaxy
Galaxy watch is more beautiful and premium.
Your so biased lol the samsung watch is truly more intuitive. The bezel helps with not dirtying your screem or blocking wat you see with your thumb. Has more apps undoubtedly. Longer battery. More cosmetics in the software. Not to mention its actually waterproof. Overall just better. Lol
Your review was terrible.
Forgot to say that the Samsung watches are the only watches (not to include Apple) that have LTE options,. These options may cost a little more and forced to pay monthly but if you want to receive texts, calls, and more with its own number Galaxy is the only one. I enjoy the tic watch as well if you don't watch an LTE version get the tic watch!
Galaxy watch is way better
This guy needs to research befor he puts down the watches Samsung Galaxy watch right know bets all athers ill drop my own vid to explain
I stopped watching around 8:36….reviews should be unbiased and this dude clearly loves that tic pro…..which is fine . That's his taste and his prerogative. However, I like my reviews without reviewer opinions , or at least toned down opinions.
It samsung have maps? Like google map for navigation?
This guy is so biased towards the ticwatch it made me stop watching.
Galaxy Watch is the best full stop…
How we buy this from Amazon
Sorry, I appreciate you giving a comparison, but apart from the visuals of the watch I was expecting to see face options, music, WhatsApp functions etc.
Battery Life?
I like how these reviews are comparing watches that are over $100 difference in price and act like should perform the same. Next compare a Porsche to a VW bug. I mean they are both autos, so should perform exactly the same. If the Galaxy did not out perform the Ticwatch, now that would be a story.
Hey man, keep up the good work! I got no other way to contact you and I need advice from you.
So I am a construction worker(a lot of dust and heavy objects) and I need one durable waterproof watch. Could you please point me in a right direction?
Thanks a lot for your answer in advance, best wishes!
I want to buy Lemfo lem X but you suggest me to buy it or not??
The all black TIcwatch Pro looks better than both. I've had my Ticwach Pro for a couple of months and I have to say hands down this has to be the best android wear watch out right now. I have somewhat the same opinion as to the reviewer when it comes to Samsung's rotating dial. Most people do not realize, but it takes more effort to use the dial than it does to swipe. 1finger vs. 2fingres. I never liked that about Samsung's watches, but the reviewers raved about how the rotating bezel is the best implementation for a smartwatch…Wrong! Also okay Google vs. Bigsby; not even close. If you want to have the majority of your apps and notifications that come from your phone, you will not like the Galaxy Watch. However, if Samsung's smartwatch is your first smartwatch and you haven't done any research, you'll probably be happy with this watch…..1
Ticwatch Pro is one of the worst purchase ever for a tech product I ever bought! After sales service was bad, horrible, the attitude of the support was even worst. Doesn't even care if you have issues, they just push you to different URL's such as forums and website to DIY for a solution !
Hi
Hi Mr Ticks, I really appreciate your videos. I've owned 2 in the past based on your recommendations. Since Black Friday is soon upon us I am preparing for yet another android watch purchase. I'm very cost conscious and see that Kingwear has a new KW88 Pro, with great specs. Will you be reviewing it before Black Friday and then want your opinion on that compared to the zBlaze Thor 4 and Microwear H2. Thanks in advance.
