TicWatch Pro Review: The Smartwatch With Two Screens
A dual-screen smartwatch sounds like the most ridiculous thing ever devised … until you stop trying to imagine the screens side by side and instead stack them one atop the other. That’s a trick that Mobvoi borrows from Casio for its new TicWatch Pro, and the result is a smartwatch with unparalleled outdoor readability. It also makes for the longest-lasting smartwatch you’ve ever seen – you’ve just got to turn off all the smart stuff to make it happen. Join me for the TicWatch Pro review!

You could say that every smartwatch should have a layered, low-energy LCD display like this. Or it could be that every watch should have only a low-energy LCD display. Like the Pebble! Come back to me Pebble, how did society let you fail!? I would get a Versa or Ionic, but they don't support navigation notifications. That's a deal breaker for me. Pebble had voice-to-text, an amazing watchface library, easy developer tools, music control, tons of fun little games, it had it all.
I always like your reviews. But this one seems you already made up your mind that you hate it.
What is the problem using the 2100 chipset? I have a gear S3 and that is old too but runs just fine.
You never mentioned the quick release bands. You just pointed it straight out how you dislike the design of the whole thing.
I still like your reviews. But this one seems more of a rant than a review though.
The only smartwatch with a rotating bezel is the Galaxy Watch line and the older similar model (S3). The Apple watch has a rotating crown. Other than that, other smartwatches have buttons.
Is that a key 2
Well mr. Mobile I'm going to give this watch a try I got a $50 off coupon on Amazon yesterday for this watch hopefully I'll like it nobody's done a video showing how to text on it so you'll probably see mine coming soon
Watching this with my Ticwatch E on my wrist, which I bought thanks to Mr. Mobile’s videos on it. Keep up the great work!!!
Are you going to review the ticwatch c2?
Your voice sounds likes baz lurhrman in "trust me on the sunscreen"
One of the worst purchase ever for a tech product ! After sales service was bad, horrible, the attitude of the support was even worst. Doesn't even care if you have issues, they just push you to different URL's such as forums and website to DIY for a solution !

I moved up to one of these from a Moto360 V2, and it has been an unqualified success! I have all the sensors, a speaker, tap-and-pay, remote camera access, Bluetooth headset mode, a compass, and all the things every smartwatch should ship with, without the massive price tag of a Galaxy series device. Plus, the screen is one of the biggest available, which is perfect. Worth every penny! If you put the right band on it, all you have to do is change the face for a wearable that's appropriate in a suit, or in the woods. I'm not sure what all the hype about rotating bezels is… I liked it when I tried it out, but I can live without it. It's just one more fancy mechanical that can jam or break, give me a good, honest button and touchscreen any day.
I'm getting it! The specs are perfect for my life. This watch has just enough bells and whistles for my everyday activity.
hmmm orange cones and signs… were you in montreal? lol
I thought u got cheated
Hi!
Can someone tell me the brand/model of the smartwatch at 1:46 ? eheh thank you
Hello Mr mobile I have a Huawei fit as my watch. How is the size comparison to this watch and ticwatch 2, e and Galaxy gear 3 like.
The watch looks nice however I feel like the ticwatch 2 is still my favorite from the brand.
Well a review of how YOU like dislike the watch. Thanks Mike but.. didnt come here to watch hear you talk why YOU didnt like it. Unless your trying to have the readers hearers stay away from one brand to for the other? just to personal review for me
Hey Michael, any chance you put together a video comparison between the Ticwatch Pro and Galaxy Watch? I know it's not your thing, but it would really help the ones who are looking for a new smartwatch (aka this guy) for those which, apparently, are the best "android" ones of 2018. What do you think?
Love the always on display here. Any chance u will review the Amazfit Bip?
That is amazing!
This is a huge step ahead of the alternatives.
Great video as always btw 😀
Bit to expensive for me, I really want it tho. What would you guys say the best smartwatch is for sub 200. I would've got the ticwatch 2 if it wasn't for the lack of wearOS
(Or are there any solutions for this?)
What phone are you using in this video.. looked like a blackberry
Hey MM. You are the best independent review for this one. Can you review Matrix Power Watch https://www.powerwatch.com/?
So there will be a Prime Day on 08.15.?
Can you make NFC payments in Essential mode?
I have the Ticwatch E and it’s a pretty good watch. The Pro is a nice idea but not enough to make me upgrade
Well, I have an apple watch and a Pebble classic
Mobile phones should use this design as well. I wouldn't mind using my phone with a reflective monochrome LCD when I'm outside or don't need to see colour and then being able to switch on the main display for media consumption or viewing in darkness.
